Dennis spent his early career as a Registered Nurse in psychiatric patient care before moving into healthcare quality and regulatory compliance. Today he serves as Vice President of Quality at Professional Contract Services Inc. (PCSI), an agency that employs people with disabilities under the Javits-Wagner-O’Day Act — work that’s given him a front-row seat to disability employment for 15 years and counting.
For Dennis, the Ranch is personal: his son Anthony is a rancher at DHR. That connection is what brought him to the advisory committee, and it’s what keeps him invested in the Ranch’s future.
