Reese serves as a Contract Manager for the State of Texas, where his background in public procurement, strategic planning, and stakeholder collaboration shapes how he sees responsible stewardship of resources — including at the Ranch. He holds a BBA from Baylor and is state-certified as both a Contract Developer and Contract Manager.
As a person with a disability himself, Reese brings a perspective to the advisory committee that few others can, and he’s passionate about spotlighting the talents and contributions of the Ranchers. A self-described servant leader, he’s also served on the Immanuel Lutheran Day School Board. Reese and his wife, Amy, live in the Pflugerville area with their two kids, Jackson and Lily.
