Volunteers from Cox Automotive braved the summer heat to help our Maintenance Manager, Ben, build a shelter for firewood.<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n

We hosted more than two thousand volunteers last year, including individuals and groups from large corporate teams to local churches, scouting groups, and service organizations. Thank you to all who have served the Ranch in the past and welcome to those who are considering Down Home Ranch for your next volunteer project. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ongoing Needs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Ranch has several ongoing opportunities for large group volunteering. These include working in our greenhouses, with maintenance, or in the Day Program. We also love to have large groups volunteer at our events!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Want to propose a project of your own? Email volunteers@dhr.tiltedchair.co<\/a> with an outline of your project, your skills and qualifications and what’s needed from DHR to complete it. We’re always happy to look them over!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
