Steven wears a lot of hats — Co-Founder of The Cutbirth Group DSO, Vice President of Growth & Development at First National Bank of Bastrop, and administrator of his family’s dental practice in Elgin. Before returning to the family business, he built a career in healthcare marketing and patient engagement, working with organizations like Johns Hopkins spinout Scene Health and major national health systems.
A Baylor grad with an MBA and a Master’s in Healthcare Transformation from UT Austin, Steven brings both business savvy and a genuine commitment to community impact to the Ranch’s advisory committee.
